• Local Note Storage: All your notes, tags, themes, and styles are stored exclusively on your physical device using encrypted local application storage.
• No Central Server Connection: PinUp and buildev-net do not operate proprietary servers to store, view, or transmit your note contents.
• No Access to Notes or Backups: We have zero access to your notes or Google Drive backup files, and we cannot check what happened behind the scenes or recover lost notes.
• No Liability for Note Loss: PinUp and buildev-net are not responsible for lost or corrupted notes. Users are strongly urged to maintain regular backups (via CSV Export or Google Drive Cloud Sync).

2. Inappropriate Use Disclaimer

PinUp and buildev-net are not responsible or liable for any inappropriate, illegal, or improper use of the App by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they generate and store.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Ad Services

To serve ads and analyze app stability, Google AdMob and Firebase services may collect non-personal technical data (such as Advertising IDs, device performance logs, IP address, OS version, and coarse location data) in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

You can manage ad personalization under your Android device Settings → Google → Ads.

4. Google Drive Integration (Cloud Backup)

When you connect Google Drive for Cloud Backup:

• Access is strictly limited to the private drive.appdata sandbox folder.
• PinUp and buildev-net have zero access to your personal Google Drive photos, documents, or files.
• Authentication tokens are securely managed via Google Play Services on your device.

5. Home Screen Widgets

Widget images are generated on-device and cached privately in local app storage to render widgets on your launcher. No widget graphics leave your device.
